Every one should prepare ! yes you should prepare for a fight or any athletic competition.  you should prepare for life period! a parent should prepare for there child’s college education, and most try to  prepare for retirement.  So why the heck in 2010 are idiots going into MMA fights not prepared to deal with the the ground attack! I was just debating with   a local idiot which i now i am (ashamed to call my friend) about the James Toney vs randy couture fight!   where we saw randy take James down with the most rudimentary ankle pick.  I tried to explain to my friend that Randy would have never attempted to take a seasoned MMA fighter down with a move like that.  It proves that the days of a World boxing Champion stating that they are the best fighter in the world are over! dont take me wrong if randy is in a boxing match with  James Toney , he loses!  but MMA is a different story!
